Case studies

Real work, published when we can evidence it

This page is for genuine MZ Management case studies. It is deliberately empty of invented ones.

Why this page looks like this

We would rather show you three real projects than thirty fictional ones.

Case studies are added here as work completes and as clients give permission for their details to be used.

Every case study published on this page will name the type of work, the actual problem, what was done, how long it took and what the outcome was — with the client's agreement.

If you want evidence before committing, ask. We can usually share relevant examples directly — before-and-after photography from a comparable renovation, an anonymised sample of the landlord reporting you would receive, a payroll switching timetable from a similar business, or a reference from an existing client in a similar position.

That is a more useful conversation than a page of case studies written to sound impressive.
