What information we collect
Depending on how you use our services, we may collect: your name and contact details; property details including address, condition, occupancy and rent; business details including company name, employee numbers and payroll arrangements; employment and right-to-work information where we place or pay workers; information about your enquiry; and technical information such as IP address, device type and the pages you view on this website.
Where you begin one of our enquiry forms and complete the first step, the contact details you have entered are submitted at that point so that we can follow up. This is explained on the form and you can ask us to delete that information at any time.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide proposals and quotations, deliver our services, meet legal and regulatory obligations, administer payroll and worker placement, manage our relationship with you, and improve this website.
Our lawful bases are: performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business, balanced against your rights; compliance with legal obligations, particularly in payroll and right-to-work matters; and consent where you have given it, for example for marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We may share information with: contractors and trades attending a property; referencing and tenant-check providers; deposit protection schemes; HMRC and pension providers in connection with payroll; our professional advisers; and IT and software suppliers who host or process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal, tax and regulatory retention requirements. Payroll and employment records are subject to statutory retention periods. Enquiry information that does not lead to a service is kept for a limited period and then deleted.
